Reiki 1 + 2
Usui Reiki Course 1 Beginner Level
and Course 2 Advanced Level.
This course spans two days.
Times: approx. 09.00-17.00 both days.
Day 1 introduces the basics of Reiki and focuses on opening the energy channel to begin working with the Reiki energy.
This includes:

History and Principles: An introduction to the life of Mikao Usui and the five principles that form the ethical foundation of Reiki practice.
Energy and energy channel: An understanding of universal life energy (the Reiki energy) and how it flows through the energy channel in the body.
Hand positions: How to place hands on self and others to begin channeling Reiki energy.
Self-Treatment: Techniques for giving yourself Reiki.
Other techniques: How to give Reiki to other people, animals and even to objects, such as water and food.
Initiation: An attunement to be able to be a channel for the Reiki energy.
Day 2 deepens the understanding of Reiki and introduces the use of Reiki symbols to amplify and direct the energy.

Reiki Symbols: The introduction of three traditional Reiki symbols that increase the strength of the energy and enable you to perform distance healing with Reiki.
Distance Reiki: How to send Reiki healing to people or situations at a distance in time and space.
Spiritual development: Information on how Reiki can promote spiritual growth and awareness.
Initiation: An attunement that expands your ability to channel the Reiki energy using the symbols.
More techniques: Learn techniques such as Gyoshi-ho (sending Reiki with the eyes), Koki-ho (blowing the energy into your client) and more.
